This release represents the culmination of a few cuts and changes in function.

• Cut tag support (mutagen) and image caching
• Use urllib.parse to encode DB imports

I have tested as much as possible using multiple unicode files and tried to force issues.
But I would like more testing before releasing as v4.

The reason for making this release is to try and push anyone else who would like to make contributions to step up as I have generally moved on from using this plugin for my day to day usage.
