conversion not responsive in few scenarios

The URL encode is not converting, it throws the pasted text down but it doesn't change anything.

Sometimes this happens with Gzip Decode. I believe the problem is linked with the conversion time that the times are not enough for large texts (more than 300k characters).

Sugestion: And clicking confirm is cumbersome and unnecessary. Why not remove the confirm popup button and instant conversion, and just put 2 action buttons? Encode / Decode
