Old KAMI gui better

Describe the solution you'd like
ability to have enabled modules have a different coloured text to disabled modules
ability to disable the bouncy scrolling when you get to the bottom of a list (maybe a slider for intensity which goes to 0)
ability to render a scroll bar

Chances are we will not revert any GUI changes, but having some way to modify the GUI using a plugin would be nice.
