Send class with route tool gives Invalid update error

Hi, I am using the Send class with objects that may not be known ahead of time , I am using an agent with tool .Send class is configured such that agent would get states and then it will try to use the tool but I am incurring an error
I am using different state in downstream node

InvalidUpdateError: Invalid update for channel branch:agent:route_tools:tools with values ['agent', 'agent', 'agent']
InvalidUpdateError: EphemeralValue can only receive one value per step. The above exception was the direct cause of the following exception:

I just need help with the tool part .

hmm @Jaid844 I havent seen this before - would you be able to put together a minimal reproducible example? would help greatly with debugging
