Description

A few months ago, I noticed that the time on my desktop would inexplicably change on its own, forcing me to adjust it back in the settings each time. Until one day, I found the time changed after I restart dify's server...

For a windows user, run dify with source code mode always for debug or test something. I think we don't need to change the windows platform's timezone.
