refactor: remove unnecessary 'closing' usage for boto3 client

Description

It is unnecessary to use closing(self.client). Since self.client is not an object that requires explicit resource cleanup, there is no need to wrap it with closing. Therefore, all instances of with closing(self.client) can be removed.
