I have just discovered in Issue #720 that the setting = Dict("output" => Dict("branch_flows" => true))) configuration is no longer utilized by PowerModels starting from v0.15 – shame on me for realizing it only now!

However, the setting is still being used (with no effect) in some unit tests. Removing it would prevent confusion for those who sometimes peek at PowerModels' unit tests – like me 😄.
