edif2qmasm v1.1

This release represents only minor improvements: more examples, better organized documentation, and a standard-cell library that takes advantage of QMASM's new !assert directive.

edif2qmasm v1.0

Although the preferred way to install edif2qmasm is with go get github.com/lanl/edif2qmasm, I figure it might be a good idea to prepare a release for users and packagers who want to see a "real" version number when installing the program.
