"Enforce DHCP assignments" replaces "Block MAC addresses assigned a static IP that connect from a different IP" by using /tmp/dhcp.leases rather than /etc/ethers to construct the iptables rule See forum discussion http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=7937#p33723
…as this accounts for hosts that are not conneced but assigned an ip when the firewall first comes up
We need to handle both cases:
Block a known MAC using an unassigned IP address
and
Block an assigned IP address being used by another MAC
This removes the dependence of Tor on L7 and solves the router stability issues discussed in issue #427
