Hi,
since we have the accepted rule, i think there should be accepted_if rule aswell.
reason for this PR is that I pass my checkbox values as 0 and 1. so i wanted to have the checkbox checked (value 1) if other field value (e.g payment status) is == paid
i have attached the tests also 😃
