Make command ignores comments in Homestead.yaml.example

If the end user adds comments to Homestead.yaml.example they will not survive the process when the Homestead.yaml is created. We should look for any lines at the start of the file and preserve those into the Homestead.yaml.

Not worried about any lines commented past that, I believe explaining the convention of any comments should be at the start of the file should be sufficient.
