Hi, I have created a project where users can use a notepad to write notes. It looks very similar to the notepads in our Windows OS. I have created a .exe file for users to download and run on Windows. It is very user-friendly and simple. I found this project to be unique to this repository and hence I wish to contribute it here.
I have also created a README.md file with steps for the ease of users!
