Primarily makes sure the gnome-shell theme works with GNOME 3.36.

Also updated the GTK-3.0 themes to be closer to upstream Adwaita 3.24 branch.

Removed XFCE4 GTK-2.0 theming. (Only XFCE 4.14+ is supported now, using GTK-3.0).
