Current behaviour

  1. Open the rich text editor.
  2. Open a note with an attached resource.
  3. Check the blob_updated_time property for the resource (e.g. with the debug tool plugin).
  4. Open the resource in an external editor with ctrl-click.
  5. Make a change and save.
    • Observe that the "watching for changes" notification is not shown.
  6. Check the blob_updated_time property.
    • Observe that blob_updated_time was not updated.

Expected behaviour

Joplin should update blob_updated_time when making changes to a resource in an external editor from the Rich Text Editor.
