And streamline implicit -singleobj with DMD, also enforcing it when
compiling a *single* module *and* specifying the -of name.
[-makedeps currently depends on -singleobj.]

@kinke Looks like this broke the Bitrise build:

Yeah I've seen it; nothing I can do about it. I was also wondering about the missing stacktrace.
