8.41-SNAPSHOT-LeadingAgile Pre-release Method Names in MethodLengthCheck

his release adds the Method Name identifier to the log message output for any rule violations. Currently, only MethodLengthCheck has been updated to pass the identifier in, but other rules can be adapted to allow for this as well.
