Windows 11 Feature Request - Snap Layout Support

Show snap layouts when I hover over a window's maximize button.

If WM_NCHITTEST is required, then generating WM_NCHITTEST might be the solution.
This could also be the solution for #77
If that fails, probably send WIN+Z message to the window
