Should be done in combination with: #3111

Observed behavior

From @rtibbles: I was able to edit fields that should not be editable on imported resources - allowing me to claim copyright on someone else’s resource.

Expected behavior

These fields shouldn't be editable

I believe all 'Source' fields shouldn't be editable for copied/imported resources
