Summary

Description of the change(s) you made

  • Tweaks how we save feature flags on the user fixture object so that even if the user already exists, the feature flags get updated
  • Adds both has_permissions and has_object_permissions methods to the permissions checks for safety

Manual verification steps performed

  1. Reran the tests!
