What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

This problem isn't browser related

What happened?

When reconciling an account with the "FX" reconciliation checkmark turned on, the starting balance amount is still the functional currency amount, not the transaction curreny.

What should have happened?

The starting balance amount should ave been the transaction currency amount.
