Minor updates & bugfix

Somehow buggered up a statement across all apt modules. That's been fixed. Also updated README with some minor edits and a thanks section :)

Post-release bugfixes

Removed unfinished roles and fixed some inconsistencies in package selection (package vs. apt). Also tidied up some documentation for remaining roles.

Initial release

Proof-of-concept release of YAMS. All included roles have had limited testing in a lab environment but should be treated with suspicion and vetted before unleashing in your own environment. Feedback is welcome, pull requests even more so :)
