• spms are plotted in the old way (removed DataLoader since it does not work for spms)
• event rate function was corrected introducing the correct start timestamp
• output filenames were fixed for each type of time range selection
• quality cuts were introduced when using the DataLoader for geds + different quality cut methods were included depending on the version of files under inspection (es. "hit/Quality_Cuts" for v06.00 .VS. "hit/is_is_valid_0vbb" expected for future versions)
