It looks like you're using Firefox 4. Did you update to the latest version
of about:me? If not, can you see what's in the error console (Tools -> Error
Console)?

yes, i'm using latest versions:"Firefox 4.0" and "about:me 0.5"

@maglev45 do you have any other extensions installed? if so can you please try creating a new profile, install about:me, and see if you have the same issue?
