I was looking to add ScreenCoder into Prime Intellect's environments hub read me and noticed that we don't have pyproject.toml in ScreenCoder, which makes it abit difficult to handle.
Since I'd like to keep benchmark packages/utils as accurate as possible. I've added a minimal pyproject.toml, which should allow ScreenCoder to be used as a dependency and create an env in the Prime Environments Hub.
Please let me know your thoughts.
