vagrant でcentos6.5にGit, Apache, PostgreSQL9.3, Ruby, Ruby on Railsをインストール

chefを利用するとWindows ではChef Client インストールする必要がある。

実際にどんなAPPをインストールしたのを把握するため、WindowsでのVM環境作成は手動で行う。
