The making of io modules

Purpose of the submodule

• simplify the creation of xarray datarray from datasets
• simplify the creation of database of netcdf files from xarray dataset

Notes :

• probably somewhat gcm specific
• requires a datastructure for describing datasets.
• should be adapted to deal with ensemble simulations
• should specify the grid_location
• should allow to define how to split a xarray dataset into multiple files following a given convention.
