lessjs very slow with firebug console open #437

If i have an open firebug console (1.9.0a4) in Firefox (7.0.1) and reload my local website, the less parsing is terribly slow.
It parses up to 30 seconds instead of doing the job instant with a closed firebug (experiencing that on 2 different laptops. my other laptop has no problems at all). What could be blocking?

about:config -> javascript.options.strict -> false
was the answer.
