Initial Proof of Value Implementation #3
Description
As a user of Swarm I want to be able to start earning crypto before a complete version of Proof of Value is implemented.
Potential MVP implementation
- a way to deposit any Koinos token into a smart contract and then distribute from that "pool" via Positive Valuations (upvotes on Swarm) and Negative Valuations (downvotes on Swarm)
- This would enable us to allocate a small amount of funds, begin experimenting with the user experience, and begin rewarding people for their usage
