手势事件传递中断

如果我在dialog中使用了loadmore，当手指滑出dialog后就不会再接收到action_up了，此时可能需要增加对action_cancel的处理

你有主动发送一个aciton_cancel的事件在dispatchTouchEvent，但是在onTouchEvent里面没有对action_cancel做处理
