workaround for edges in interpolation methods not required anymore #224
Description
The workarounds in getPixelOverflowTC and getPixelOverflowPalette are not required anymore after the fix for issue #223.
These functions can now be pure match from an algorithm point of view and per se will increase the quality a bit more for the edge of the image.
