Looks good from here; there's a mix of MOE and RoboVM files changed, but they probably both needed this removed. I won't be able to test, but as I understand it this works on your end, for RoboVM at minimum. I think I can ask @Berstanio to test the latest MOE with this setup anyway, since there was just a release there. Merging!

Removed unnecessary ".ios" subpackage on iOS projects. It is unnecessary and makes dealing with provisioning profiles harder.
Have modified both RoboVM and MOE but have only tested RoboVM.
