Refactor MCIndexSegmentSetMutualIntersector to match JTS

The API to MCIndexSegmentSetMutualIntersector has changed somewhat in JTS over the years, and GEOS has not changed to keep up, so there are places where MCIndexSegmentSetMutualIntersector is used that are different in the two code bases.
