Railing is the connection to the bootstrap nodes that happen in the launch of each IPFS daemon. We've developed some time ago, but never integrated it since we didn't have full interop with go-ipfs. Now that is complete, we can have railing finished and more importantly, well tested.

Tasks:

  • Upgrade this module to use the latest libp2p modules
  • Integrate in libp2p-ipfs and libp2p-ipfs-browser
  • Integrate in js-ipfs
