dns4 dialling fails

Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong:

This is with a js-ipfs daemon - running the same thing with a go-ipfs daemon works as expected.

There was an update to mafmt and libp2p-tcp recently to add support for tcp over dns. If you update to libp2p-tcp@0.13.0 that should resolve the issue. I'll close this for now, but feel free to open if that doesn't solve the problem.
