Some languages have not received contributions in several years, and have decreased to a tiny number of translated strings.
At this stage, I propose it would be best to de-list them as user-facing options on lichess.org. They can still be picked up again in the future through Crowdin.
I have limited it to languages at 3%-or-less-completion after a manual review.
Languages above the 3% threshold can still give the user a reasonable experience for playing, and hopefully entice speakers seeing the entry to take the localisation further.
