GetContacts_analysis

This library is primarily meant to ease the analysis and visualisation of GetContacts frequency files.

Installation

Please ensure that you have a python version higher than 3.7 for this package to work properly.

pip install git+https://github.com/liedllab/GetContacts_analysis.git

Import

After this, the package is callable by using

import gc_analysis
