What is your proposal?

Search Bar on mobile for any web browser isn't responsive when user typing input

Why would adopting this proposal be beneficial?

For better user experience, user should able to see what they type and suggestions.

What are the alternatives to this proposal?

N/A

another note: when mobile rotate horizontally, Search bar works fine
