Instead of failing processing of unsupported files just dump a report at the end

Currently, we need to set exclude option of .npmbundlerrc to some value for some packages to avoid failures when processing files that babel cannot parse.

The proposal is to be more lenient and ignore these invalid files, not process them and dump a final report with the results of the bundling so that users can see what the bundler has really done.
