  1. feat(scripts): add "lighthouse" subcommand for gathering perf metrics 

    This is the "blinking light" demo showing that we can use Lighthouse to
gather and print performance metrics for a running liferay-portal
instance (by default, just hitting the root, which means an
unauthenticated user load).
