without correct browserlist autoprefixer/cssnano keeps changing property values 'transparent' to 'initial' and this not work in IE11 / EDGE

Alebo je to problem autoprefixeru?

Lebo teda nerozumiem prilis, preco je toto riesenie problemu. Ze co sa dialo z pohladu autoprefixeru/cssnano teraz a co sa zmeni po tomto PR.

myslel som si ze to je presne toto "reduceInitial" v CSSNANO ale mylil som sa. ono cssnano alebo autoprefixer pozeraju na browserlist a na zaklade toho sa tieto options zapnu alebo nie. Skusil som vo webpack configu zakomentovat cssnano alebo mu pridat config co to vypinal a nefungovalo to. Akonahle som nastavil broser list konkretne takto (cssnano/cssnano#721 (comment)) tak to zacalo fungovat.

ja som to totizto musel testovat stylom Lighter -> Dovera Design Langugage -> MojaDovera lebo Ligther ani DDL nejde v IE
