Foi criado um novo identificador unico para cada evento de predição.
O identificador é uma hash composta pela identificação do asteroid, identificação da estrela e a hora mais proxima do evento.
As urls da página de detalhes da predição estão utilizando o hash_id como padrão, mas ainda aceintam o id do evento caso ainda exista no bd.
