Convert relative links to absolute in readme #2007

This fixes a bug, where some of the links in the readme would break, if accessed from the symlinked version in the ./druid subdirectory on Github.

As the relative links will break on symlinked versions of the readme, eg. in the `./druid` directory.

Thanks for the patch! It looks like there's one more link that would benefit from the same treatment.

Update links for screenshots and another one I missed
