For generation of frame change events (stream of changes).

Like requestAnimationFrame and so on.

Can be useful at https://github.com/konard/telegram-terminal-bot (also most of the code can be taken from there).

That feature will allow to convert the output of command to text on demand, optionally with or without color.
