Move current implementation to csharp folder and translate everything to also Rust #63
Description
As the end result we should have folders in root:
- csharp
- rust
Also as the end result we should have two separate yml GitHub Actions Workflows:
- csharp.yml
- rust.yml
GitHub Actions Workflows should be based on:
- https://github.com/link-foundation/csharp-ai-driven-development-pipeline-template
- https://github.com/link-foundation/rust-ai-driven-development-pipeline-template
For each language we should have separate changeset folder, but ./scripts folder in the root of the repository can be made using .mjs scripts and these scripts can be shared between GitHub Actions Workflows if possible.
Make sure to check entire tree structure on every stage of development.
