For standard LKE, nodes are returned right when the cluster is created (and display status of provisioning), but that is not possible in enterprise because the machine resources are created only once the cluster is ready. So for the first ~5 minutes after a LKE-E cluster's creation, the details page displays 'No data to display' under node pools and this delay is not explained to the user.
