Ugly mitigation from this PR not needed anymore since @JonathonHall-Purism contributed proper fixes pending upstream, see patches and references under #1715. Closing. |

Needed as part of #1716 and #1715 since coreboot changed their jpg parsing memory manager between 4.22.01 (which most heads boards are currently using) and 24.02.01 as can be seen under coreboot/coreboot@2ff2409...0a280ff#diff-63c4c41a71af4837b0e5f31a0f9f5204ba9c1e7adbbe908429cb26a0a85138f2R74
