Crash on "Search"-Location / Right Click - Properties [Segmentation Fault] on current LM 21 Cinnamon ISO

Hello,

Issue

Nemo exits unexpectedly on its own when performing a certain series of steps while searching.

Steps to reproduce

1. Boot the latest linuxmint-21-iso-cinnamon-64bit.iso live from USB
   

2. Open nemo and start searching for something (it does not matter where or what )
   

3. Now right-click on the grey "Search in" Area and click on Properties
   

4. Nemo should crash

Expected behaviour

Nemo should give information about the search or do nothing (but most certainly not crash)

Other information

This problem seems to be Nemo-specific (not Cinnamon / Ubuntu-tied) and also happens on installations, not only from Live ISOs (I tried Arch + Budgie and it segfaults there exactly the same)
