Description:

• Switch to jellyfin-ffmpeg7 in Jellyfin 10.10
• Install the jellyfin package instead of jellyfin-server + jellyfin-ffmpeg*

Benefits of this PR and context:

• The upcoming Jellyfin 10.10 will use jellyfin-ffmpeg7

Iirc the unstable apt repo of jellyfin did not have the jellyfin meta package before. That's why we had to specify jellyfin-server and jellyfin-ffmpeg separately. I guess that's changed now.
