[BUG] High CPU usage when screen saver is activiated

Current Behavior

Same issue as posted on #302

Could not reopen it so writing here also

Tested the 2 newest version available.

The newest (ubuntu-mate-version-e70ae8df) does not work at all , getting 404 error.
The one after (ubuntu-mate-version-cacab7fc) still uses a "heavy" screen saver.

So after idle time reached , the CPU usage spikes :

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

Run a new instance and wait 30 minutes (or change the screen saver time to less)

Watch docker status CPU usage for the container.

Tested "ubuntu-mate-version-e70ae8df" again.

It should be documented that http is not supported/working anymore, however, that is not the only problem.

I used the "SUBFOLDER" parameter , while it worked fine on earlier images , it does not work on "ubuntu-mate-version-e70ae8df" , only when i disabled it i manged to connect via port 3001.

And when connected , the default screen saver is still an animated one which causes unnecessary CPU usage on idle.

Either default setting should be no screen saver or at least the blank one.

Need SUBFOLDER working again.

Please pull and retest the latest image, I have disabled the screensaver by deleting the bin for it and restored the subfolder functionality.
