Overview

This repo was created for the 2022 AnitaB Open Source Day: https://anitab-org.github.io/open-source-day/open-source-day/ workshop, Git 101.

During this workshop, participants will become familiar with Git by contributing to this repo.   

       

Workshop Preparation

Technology Prerequisites:

• Install Git on your local computer: https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Getting-Started-Installing-Git
• Create a Github Account: www.github.com
• Connect your Github Account to your local computer via SSH Keys:

• Have Text Editor Ready (eg. Notepad, NotePad++, TextEdit, VSCode, etc)
• (Optional) Install GitHub Desktop: https://desktop.github.com/
